가장 간단한 방법을 찾다가....찾았다^^

SimpleDateFormat formatter = new SimpleDateFormat ( "yyyy.MM.dd HH:mm:ss", Locale.KOREA );

Date currentTime = new Date ( );

String time = formatter.format ( currentTime );
